We are here to help!
- If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order.We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, in case a product has reached you with a defect or if you have received the wrong item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@jumbaya.com. Our team will contact you to coordinate a pickup for the items to be returned. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- We would be refunding the amount after deducting the cost of shipping and return shipping, hence we would request you to please order after due consideration.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product is damaged due to inadequate packing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads.
Exchanges / Replacement
In case of a product reaching you with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product and send a new piece to you at the earliest. At the moment we do not offer exchanges for other products in case you change your mind; hence we request you to please choose carefully.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will initiate the refund once we receive the item and it has been inspected and found to be unopened. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We would be refunding the amount after deducting the cost of shipping and return shipping, hence we would request you to please order after due consideration.
